Productivity (Employees)

The measure of time, both where you spend it, and what you accomplish during it. This category is a combination of what you do, who you do it with, and how you feel about what you have accomplished.

Subjective Productivity is a large part of what we measure at Everperform. The reason being is that Productivity doesn’t end at the 1’s and 0’s that make up a Profit/Loss Statement or Timesheet. It’s how you feel about what you do, whether you feel the work is meaningful, whether you are growing and improving, all of which we know this is a key indicator to retention and attraction.
